Privacy Policy

Effective July 17, 2026

Lightview Law Group, PC ("Lightview," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through lightviewlaw.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain English, the same way we practice law.

Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the practice area you select, and your message. If you call or email us, we receive the information you share in that communication.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help with your matter, run conflict-of-interest checks, and communicate with you about scheduling and next steps. We do not use your information for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes.

Who Can See Your Information

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website hosting provider on our behalf and are reviewed only by Lightview attorneys and staff. We may disclose information when required by law or court order. We use Google Fonts to display text on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when a page loads.

Important: Contacting Us Does Not Make You a Client

Submitting the contact form, calling, or emailing does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include confidential or time-sensitive details in your first message; share those in a consultation after we have confirmed there is no conflict of interest.

Your California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request that we delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email contact@lightviewlaw.com or call (818) 646-8165. Note that information related to legal representation may be exempt from certain requests and may be retained as required by our professional obligations.

Retention

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you, satisfy conflict-check and record-keeping obligations, and comply with the law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online.
